DUI Arrests

Illinois State Police District 19 in Carmi has released its DUI report for the week of Dec. 13 through Dec. 19.

Troopers arrested in:
o Wayne County -- Miles L. Elliott, 30, Mill Shoals and Carrie L. Cullins, 26, Burnt Prairie for DUI;
o White County -- Jon M. Risley, 33, Grayville and Jeff W. Money, 35, Norris City for DUI;
o Saline County -- Marcie Ann Foy, 20, Harrisburg on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor;
o Gallatin County -- Jennifer M. Batteese, 19, Equality for DUI and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor; Jamie M. Johnson, 19, Shawneetown, for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor; Jordan N. Nolen, 20, Old Shawneetown for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor; David Wayne Hardin, 20, Shawneetown, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor; and Malory A. Crane, 21, Old Shawneetown, for illegal delivery of alcohol to a person under age 21.
